She holds a Masters degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction and is passionate about creating engaging, learner-centered experiences that support growth and achievement for all learners. As an instructional designer, she is especially passionate about using design thinking and innovative learning strategies to create meaningful, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences that inspire both educators and learners.

John Ventresca is a learning consultant & designer with two decades of experience in talent development. He started his custom learning solutions company, Unit One Learning, in 2018. His work, with some of the largest companies in the world and higher education institutions, including Meta, Bank of America, Nissan, KraftHeinz, Johnson & Johnson, and Cornell University, has been recognized numerous times. John is also the co-founder of Two-J Vista, a creator of professional programs using GPT technology and no-code development that help people upskill their roles and navigate career transitions.

John has a BA from American University and an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon Business School. He is a member of Strong Memorial Hospital’s Patient and Family Advisory Council, a volunteer for the Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) Foundation, and a healthcare public speaker and patient advocate.

Zarina Valdés was born in Texas and grew up in Northern Mexico. Since 2017, she has been a Coach and TIR facilitator dedicated to train professionals of all ages around the world to expand their awareness and uncover more of their true potential. Zarina has been a professional consultant in several business areas for almost 15 years, starting at Deloitte within the Global IFRS Adoption and Offerings Team, then as a Lead Financial Consultant on Epicor ERP Implementation Projects; and now as one of the Proctor Gallagher Institute’s Independent Coaches for committed individuals and Companies ready to grow and go beyond paradigms.
