Project overview: Developed six e-learning modules to provide training for hospital employees on ongoing updates to the hospital buildings.
Instructional design process: Conducted subject matter expert (SME) interviews, created a design document, storyboard, and built each module in Storyline. Additionally, we had the privilege of lending our voice as the audio talents.

Challenges and successes: Although the content was dry, we designed interactivity in each module by incorporating clickable maps and 360 renderings of the new building areas.

Instructional design process: Gathered content from SMEs, videos and job aids. Collaborated with researchers, SMEs and stakeholders for the creation of the experience. Applied adult learning principles and followed an agile approach for development.

Challenges and successes: These modules were developed in conjunction with GenderPro, Gavi, UNICEF and WHO. We went through a series of extensive review cycles by each organization and redesign iterations to rewrite the content several times to meet all the parties’ requirements, and at the conclusion every organization was pleased with the results.

Project overview: Developed a comprehensive series of modules for managers on different topics such as coaching, leadership, Microsoft sales methodology, and other topics. Additionally, we developed and implemented a Coaching Circle program where managers can safely practice their coaching skills.
